Session 4
Collaborative Sharing Spaces
Educators know that students write better when they have a real audience, not just a teacher with a red pen. With the power of the internet and Blogger, students can engage with audiences on a global scale. Blogging can be a powerful way to share learning with family and whānau and for children to learn and engage in Digital Literacy safely and with real purpose.

Learning retention
Cramming can actually be a good thing to do, for a test. It won’t stay in long term memory though.
Teaching/Learning of specific information/ strategies, then, should be spaced over a period of time.
